Short- and Long-Term Care

Day Care, weekly stays and monthly care are available for older adults who need help with daily living or support after hospital discharge. The team assesses care needs before services begin and develops a care plan with the family.

Care includes assistance with daily activities, meals, personal hygiene and safe mobility. Nursing and caregiver support is available 24 hours a day for residents staying at the center. Monthly care starts from THB 28,900; the final cost depends on the room, level of care, medical supplies and additional services.

Additional Nursing Services

Care is available for bedridden residents and those with a tracheostomy or feeding tube, including wound care and oxygen support according to the treating team's plan. Suitable services and required equipment are reviewed using health information and a pre-admission assessment.

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation support is available after hospital discharge or surgery, for stroke care, and for older adults with bone and joint conditions, according to the care plan and the treating team's guidance. Goals depend on each person's health and functional abilities.

Other Services

Support is available for older adults living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, as well as palliative care at the center based on goals agreed with the family. Additional services, such as stoma care and peritoneal dialysis support, require assessment and confirmation of a suitable care plan before services begin.
